Audi Repair Dubai · Trust, Legal & Workshop Standards

Trust and Transparency

A clear account of how we diagnose vehicles, approve work, describe parts and warranties, publish technical information, handle customer data, and identify our independent workshop status.

Trust is not created by badges or claims. It comes from showing customers what will happen before, during, and after a repair, and from correcting information when evidence shows it is wrong.

Before work starts

  • Diagnosis comes before replacement. A warning light, symptom, scan result, or common failure pattern is a reason to test. It is not automatic proof that a particular part has failed.
  • Scope and price changes need approval. If inspection reveals additional work that materially changes the agreed repair or expected cost, we communicate it before proceeding.
  • The exact vehicle matters. VIN, model year, engine, transmission, drivetrain, software level, equipment, previous repairs, modifications, and measured condition can change the correct repair path.

Parts and repair records

Genuine parts are normally used. OEM-supplier or aftermarket alternatives may be considered when requested, suitable, and available. The estimate or invoice for the individual job is the record that matters for the parts supplied, work approved, and any job-specific warranty terms.

“OEM-supplier” does not automatically mean Audi-branded, identical to the factory-installed part, or covered by an Audi warranty.

Customer rights come first

Our website policies and commercial warranty terms are intended to explain how the workshop operates. They do not remove, reduce, or replace any consumer right or supplier obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.

If a job-specific document and this website differ, the signed or accepted job document controls the commercial details for that job, subject always to mandatory legal rights.

Technical content standards

Our automotive pages are written to help owners understand symptoms, likely diagnostic paths, repair options, safety considerations, and workshop questions. They are not a remote diagnosis of a vehicle we have not inspected.

We do not invent technician credentials, certifications, test results, customer outcomes, or manufacturer approval. Material technical errors are corrected when verified.

Independent workshop disclosure

Audi Repair Dubai is an independent Audi-focused repair business in Al Quoz 4, Dubai. We are not Audi AG, Audi Middle East, an Audi importer, or an authorized Audi dealer or service center unless a page expressly states otherwise.

Audi names and model references are used to identify the vehicles, systems, parts, and services being discussed.
