Independence and Trademark Disclaimer

How Audi names, model references, logos, parts terminology, and compatibility descriptions are used on an independent workshop website.

Reviewed 30 August 2026Independent workshop disclosure

The purpose of this page is simple: visitors should be able to understand who operates the workshop and what our use of Audi terminology does and does not mean.

We are independent

Audi Repair Dubai is an independent Audi-focused repair business in Al Quoz 4, Dubai. We are not Audi AG, Audi Middle East, an Audi importer, or an authorized Audi dealership or service center unless a specific page expressly states otherwise.

The domain name and site content identify the vehicle marque we specialize in servicing. They do not represent official manufacturer ownership, authorization, or control of this website.

Audi names and model references

References to Audi, quattro, e-tron, S, RS, model names, engine families, gearbox types, system names, part descriptions, and related terminology are used to identify vehicles, components, technical subjects, compatibility, or services.

Third-party trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.

No implied endorsement

Using a manufacturer name, model name, logo, or descriptive trademark does not by itself mean the manufacturer sponsors, endorses, approves, certifies, or is affiliated with the workshop or website.

Parts terminology should be precise

  • Genuine or original part means a part supplied and described for the job as a genuine/original manufacturer-branded part.
  • OEM-supplier part refers to a part from an original-equipment manufacturer or supplier category where applicable. It does not automatically mean Audi-branded, identical in every respect to the factory-installed part, or covered by an Audi warranty.
  • Aftermarket part means a non-genuine replacement supplied outside the genuine manufacturer-branded channel.
  • Remanufactured or used part should be identified as such when that category is supplied.

The actual invoice or job record for the vehicle is the relevant source for the part category supplied on that repair.

Compatibility and fitment

A part, fluid, software procedure, or repair method described on one page may not apply to every Audi carrying the same model badge. VIN, production date, engine, gearbox, drivetrain, market specification, software level, and fitted equipment can affect compatibility.

Website references should therefore not be treated as a fitment guarantee for an uninspected vehicle.

Manufacturer information

Where we refer to manufacturer schedules, specifications, service information, or technical terminology, the reference is for identification and technical context. We do not present independent workshop guidance as an official Audi publication.

What this disclaimer does not do

This disclosure does not claim ownership of Audi or other third-party marks, and it does not suggest that writing a disclaimer automatically creates a legal right to use a trademark, logo, domain name, or other brand asset. Any use remains subject to applicable trademark, unfair-competition, consumer-protection, and other relevant law.

If a particular brand reference or asset is challenged, its legality depends on the actual use and circumstances, not merely on the existence of this page.
