Privacy Policy

How personal information is handled when you browse the site, contact the workshop, request a quotation, arrange recovery, or have a vehicle inspected or repaired.

Reviewed 30 August 2026Dubai, UAE

AudiRepairDubai.com and the Al Quoz 4 workshop are operated through AMF AUTO SERVICES LLC. For a specific repair transaction, the legal service provider identified on the estimate or invoice is responsible for the customer information connected with that job. This policy explains the practical handling of that information in plain language.

Information we receive

Depending on the service, this can include your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration details, VIN, model and mileage, service history you provide, photographs, messages, booking or recovery information, diagnostic records, invoice details, and other information reasonably needed to inspect or service the vehicle.

When you use the website, normal technical information can also be generated, such as IP address, browser and device information, security logs, referral data, and cookie or similar storage data where those technologies are enabled.

Where information comes from

  • Directly from you when you call, message, book, visit, or provide documents.
  • From the vehicle and diagnostic equipment during inspection or repair.
  • From a person acting for you, such as a driver, family member, fleet contact, insurer, or recovery provider.
  • From website and security systems when you use the site.

Why we use it

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare estimates.
  • Identify the correct vehicle and repair requirements.
  • Perform approved inspection, service, repair, programming, or recovery work.
  • Maintain service, invoice, warranty, and dispute records.
  • Protect the website, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Meet legal, accounting, safety, and regulatory obligations.

Lawful handling and consent

Not every use of personal information depends on consent. Information can be processed where it is lawfully needed to respond to a request, take steps toward or perform an authorized service, maintain required business records, protect legal rights, meet an applicable obligation, or rely on another basis permitted by UAE law.

Where consent is the required basis for a particular use, it should be obtained in a manner appropriate to that use. Withdrawing consent does not automatically require deletion of records that must or may lawfully be kept for another valid reason.

Marketing and customer data

Workshop contact details, repair records, VINs, diagnostic records, photographs, and other customer service information are not sold to advertisers. We do not use repair or service records for unrelated promotional marketing. Communications needed to answer an inquiry, manage an active job, provide requested service information, or deal with a warranty or complaint are service communications rather than unrelated advertising.

Sharing with service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, website security, communications, messaging, backups, invoicing, analytics, diagnostics, recovery, parts sourcing, or other functions needed to operate the workshop and website. We limit sharing to what is reasonably needed for the relevant function.

Some technology providers may process information outside the UAE. Where cross-border processing is subject to legal requirements, we handle it in accordance with the safeguards and conditions required by applicable law.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including service history, warranty administration, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or dispute handling. Different record types can therefore have different retention periods.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet transmission, messaging service, device, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy requests

Subject to the circumstances and applicable UAE law, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, request correction of inaccurate or outdated data, request erasure where the legal conditions are met, restrict or stop certain processing, and exercise other data-subject rights provided by law. Where the law requires notification of a qualifying personal-data breach, the applicable notification rules also apply.

Some information may need to be retained despite a request where retention is required or permitted for legal, accounting, warranty, security, or dispute purposes.

Privacy requests can be made through the workshop’s published phone or WhatsApp contact. Please provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant record without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Cookies and website technologies

Cookies and similar browser technologies are covered separately because their use depends on the website features currently enabled.

Applicable privacy framework

This policy is intended to operate consistently with applicable UAE privacy and consumer-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data where it applies. If a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with this policy, the mandatory requirement prevails.
